Welcome to Iyesha Leanne SPMU & Beauty. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Appointments
All treatments are by appointment only. Bookings can be made online or by direct contact. You will receive booking confirmation by email and SMS once your appointment is confirmed.
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all permanent makeup and refresh appointments. Deposits are deducted from the total cost on the day. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if less than 48 hours notice is given. By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and waive your right to dispute the charge on the basis of cancellation policy.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, may result in the loss of your booking fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
By paying a deposit, you agree to these terms and waive your right to dispute the charge on the basis of cancellation policy.
Patch Tests and Eligibility
For certain treatments, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before your appointment.
It is your responsibility to ensure this has been completed. Failure to attend a patch test when required will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the booking fee forfeited.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment refusal and forfeiture of the booking fee. Some treatments may not be suitable depending on individual health or medication.
Treatment Results
Permanent makeup results vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.
Colour boosts are recommended every 12–24 months to maintain your look.
Aftercare
You’ll be provided with detailed aftercare instructions following your treatment. It is your responsibility to follow these carefully to ensure proper healing and the best possible results. Failure to follow aftercare may affect the final outcome.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and the booking fee may be lost if there is insufficient time to complete the treatment.
Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change.
Remaining balances are due on the day of your appointment and can be paid by cash or card, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Treatments and booking fees are non-refundable. In the rare event of provider cancellation, alternative arrangements will be offered or a refund issued at the discretion of Iyesha Leanne SPMU & Beauty.
If there are any concerns about your treatment, please contact Iyesha within 7 days so they can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing, refunds are not provided based on personal preference once treatment has been completed.
Photography and Social Media
Before and after photos may be taken to document your results. These may be used for social media and marketing purposes, but only with your consent. You may opt out at any time.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
All data collected is kept confidential and used only to manage your bookings and treatments.
